We Reached Our Goal!




1,000 Paper cranes? No, make that over 1,150 Cranes that my coworkers, managers and I from the Banana Republic Factory Store has helped fold with about 80 hours of volunteer work. It was fun, easy and a great way to get to know eachother more! We are very proud of our accomplishment and are ready for our next volunteer work! (feed my starving children)

    that is actually really cool! was it just your workers that did it? or did you guys let anyone help make them?

    I think there was a few volunteers that were friends/family of other coworkers that pitched in a bit too. My cousin and i folded about 70. The cranes are going towards a program that i believe is called Wishes in flight foundation (make-a-wish foundation) My manager told me they will all by placed on a huge christmas-like tree for everyone to see :)
